Present Indefinite Tense-এর WH-Question তৈরি

 

Structure:

Wh-word + Auxiliary Verb (do/does) + Subject + Main Verb (base form) + Object/Complement?

নিয়ম:

  • Wh-word ব্যবহার করা হয় একটি প্রশ্ন শুরু করার জন্য (যেমন: what, where, who, when, why, how ইত্যাদি)।
  • যদি subject হয় he, she, it বা অন্য কোনো singular noun, তবে does ব্যবহার করা হয়।
  • যদি subject হয় I, you, we, they বা কোনো plural noun, তবে do ব্যবহার করা হয়।
  • মূল verb সবসময় base form (মূল রূপে) থাকে।

উদাহরণ:

1.      What does he do?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: সে কী করে?

2.      Where do you live?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: তুমি কোথায় থাকো?

3.      When does she go to school?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: সে কখন স্কুলে যায়?

4.      Why do they play football?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: তারা কেন ফুটবল খেলে?

5.      How does it work?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: এটি কীভাবে কাজ করে?

2. Wh-word যুক্ত Negative Interrogative Sentence (নেতিবাচক প্রশ্ন বাক্য):

Structure:

Wh-word + Auxiliary Verb (don’t/doesn’t) + Subject + Main Verb (base form) + Object/Complement?

নিয়ম:

  • Wh-word প্রশ্ন শুরু করতে ব্যবহৃত হয় (যেমন: what, where, who, when, why, how ইত্যাদি)।
  • Negative Interrogative Sentence তৈরির জন্য do not বা does not একসাথে ব্যবহার করে don’t বা doesn’t তৈরি করা হয়।
  • যদি subject হয় he, she, it বা singular noun, তবে doesn't ব্যবহার করা হয়।
  • যদি subject হয় I, you, we, they বা plural noun, তবে don’t ব্যবহার করা হয়।
  • মূল verb সবসময় base form (মূল রূপে) থাকে।

উদাহরণ:

1.      Why don’t you study?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: তুমি কেন পড়াশোনা করো না?

2.      What doesn’t he understand?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: সে কী বুঝতে পারে না?

3.      When don’t they come to school?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: তারা কখন স্কুলে আসে না?

4.      Where doesn’t she go on Sundays?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: সে রবিবারে কোথায় যায় না?

5.      Why don’t we eat vegetables?

    • বাংলা অনুবাদ: আমরা কেন সবজি খাই না?

 

 

ব্যাখ্যা ও উদাহরণ বিশ্লেষণ:

1.      Interrogative Sentence:

    • What does he do?
      এখানে "What" হলো Wh-word যা প্রশ্ন করছে সে কী কাজ করে। he singular subject, তাই does ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।

2.      Negative Interrogative Sentence:

    • Why don’t you study?
      এখানে "Why" প্রশ্ন করছে কারণ সম্পর্কে এবং don’t ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, কারণ subject you (plural বা singular second-person)। বাক্যের শেষে মূল verb study base form-এ আছে।

3.      Interrogative Sentence:

    • Where do they live?
      এখানে "Where" জিজ্ঞাসা করছে তারা কোথায় থাকে। they plural subject, তাই do ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।

4.      Negative Interrogative Sentence:

    • What doesn’t he understand?
      এখানে "What" প্রশ্ন করছে সে কী বুঝতে পারে না। he singular subject, তাই doesn't ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।

Auxiliary Verb ও তার ব্যবহার

  Auxiliary Verb কাকে বলে ?
