A Visit to a Historical Place

Visiting a historical place is a very wonderful experience for us. It is a special place where we can see old buildings and ruins. Recently, I went to a famous historical place. The day was very nice and sunny. I went there with my parents and friends. We started our trip early in the morning. When we reached there, I was very happy to see it. The whole place was full of old stories and history. There were many old walls and big gates everywhere. People of all ages came to visit the place. I saw many old things used by kings and queens. We walked slowly and looked at all the wonderful things. I took some nice photos with my camera. My parents told me many stories about the past. We met many guides who explained the history to us. It felt great to learn about our old heritage. We also ate some tasty snacks near the place. The time passed very quickly in the afternoon. We returned home with a happy heart and new knowledge. Visiting a historical place helps us learn many new things. It teaches us to respect our past and culture. Everyone should visit such a place to gain good knowledge. The sweet memories of this day will stay with me. It was one of the best days of my life. I am waiting to visit another historical place again.

Auxiliary Verb ও তার ব্যবহার

  Auxiliary Verb কাকে বলে ? Auxiliary verb বা সাহায্যকারী ক্রিয়া হলো এমন verb যা অন্য একটি মূল verb- কে (principal verb) সাহায্য করে বাক্যটির tense, voice, বা mood প্রকাশ করতে। এটি নিজে কোনো কাজ বা অর্থ নির্দেশ করে না , বরং মূল verb- এর সঙ্গে যুক্ত হয়ে বাক্যকে পূর্ণতা দেয়। বাংলায় যাকে আমরা ' সাহায্যকারী ক্রিয়া ' বলি , ইংরেজিতে সেটাই 'auxiliary verb' । এই verb গুলো বাক্যের প্রধান verb- কে বিভিন্নভাবে সমর্থন করে। দুটি Tense- এর কোনো কোনো বাক্যে auxiliary verb থাকে না। এগুলো হলো : Simple Present Tense: এই Tense- এর হ্যাঁ - বাচক বাক্যে কোনো auxiliary verb থাকে না। Simple Past Tense: এই Tense- এর হ্যাঁ - বাচক বাক্যে কোনো auxiliary verb থাকে না। Simple Present Tense- এর ক্ষেত্রে : হ্যাঁ - বাচক বাক্য : She goes to school.
